At FRENCH VINTAGE TRÉSOR, we want you to be delighted with your unique find; if your piece doesn't perfectly fit your home, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Please note that due to their delicate nature, authentic antique pieces must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide photos of the item.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repack your vintage item in its original protective crate or box, ensuring all padding is replaced to prevent damage during transit.
Shipping & Insurance
Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package at an authorized carrier; we highly recommend using our insured shipping service for high-value antiques.
Inspection & Refund
Once our curators inspect the item at our warehouse to confirm its original state, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
